Accessibility
Effective August 19, 2026.
The English version is the controlling text. This translation is for convenience.
ClaimSaver+ wants people with disabilities to be able to learn about the product, create an account, and use the guided workspace. This statement describes our intent and how to ask for help. It is not a certification of conformance and not a waiver of any legal right.
1. Our goal
We aim to design claimsaverplus.com so it can be used with common assistive technologies, including keyboard navigation, readable contrast, and resizable text. We treat the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design target. The live site may not yet meet that target in every view, especially older pages and third-party embeds (for example Stripe Checkout).
2. Third-party tools
Checkout and payments run on Stripe. Those screens are controlled by Stripe. If a third-party flow is a barrier, email us and we will help you complete the step another way where we reasonably can (for example, a supported alternative for account or billing questions).
3. How to request an accommodation
Email support@claimsaverplus.com with the subject “Accessibility,” a description of the barrier, the page or task, and the assistive technology you use if you wish to share that. We will respond about platform access—login, billing, and using the site. We cannot provide legal advice or complete your insurer filing for you.
4. Feedback
Please tell us if something is hard to perceive, operate, or understand. Improving accessibility is ongoing. Reporting a barrier does not require you to waive any claim, and this page does not limit remedies that applicable law preserves.
